How the Process Works

We begin with a consultation – we visit to assess the scope of work and prepare a quote. You or your representative show us what you wish to keep; the rest we handle. We work systematically and quietly – the property is cleared without unnecessary noise and without a stream of strangers passing through. We always work with the consent of an authorised person and welcome the family's presence if preferred.

Items of value are passed on to charity or a second-hand shop wherever possible. The rest is sorted and disposed of eco-responsibly. If we encounter documents, jewellery, or cash, we inform you and hand them over immediately.

Handover to Landlord or Estate Agent

After clearance we carry out a basic clean so the property can be handed back to the landlord or prepared for sale. We are familiar with what landlords expect and work to those standards. If a deep clean or disinfection is also needed, we can offer that as an extension of the service.

• Studio or 1-bedroom apartment: from 4,000 CZK
• 2-bedroom apartment: from 6,500 CZK
• 3-bedroom apartment or larger: from 9,000 CZK
• Sorting and packing for the family (hourly): from 350 CZK/hour

Price includes labour, waste removal, and eco-disposal. Exact cost depends on the volume of contents and the state of the property – we prepare a quote after a visit or photos.

Discretion and Respect as a Foundation

We understand that clearing a home after a death is not just a logistical matter. Who Can Commission the Clearance?

Usually family members or those named in the estate. We do not require an official document at the time of booking, though we record the name of the person authorising the work for our records.

What Happens to Valuables?

Valuables – jewellery, documents, cash – are reported and handed over to you immediately. Furniture and items in good condition we aim to donate to charity with your agreement. Nothing is taken without the knowledge of the authorised person.
