Carpet Odour Removal Prague – Lasting Solution by BeeClean

Carpet Odour Removal in Prague – Eliminating the Source, Not Masking It

A persistent bad smell from a carpet is one of the most common problems clients bring to BeeClean. Pet urine, cigarette smoke, mould, or decomposing organic material embedded in carpet fibres cannot be solved by air fresheners or standard cleaning alone. BeeClean provides professional carpet odour removal in Prague, targeting the source with the right chemistry for a lasting result.

Why Does a Carpet Smell and What Causes It?

  • Pet urine – the most common cause. Urine penetrates through the carpet, the underlay, and into the subfloor. Surface cleaning is not enough – enzyme treatment is required to break down uric acid crystals.
  • Moisture and mould – the carpet was wet for too long, or there is moisture in the subfloor beneath. Mould produces a musty, persistent smell that returns unless the source of moisture is addressed.
  • Cigarette smoke – tar and nicotine particles embedded deep in fibres. Partial improvement is usually achievable; full elimination depends on the level of saturation.
  • Vomit or food decomposition – organic breakdown in the pile.

Our Odour Removal Process

  1. Source identification – UV lamp for urine detection, sensory assessment for other sources
  2. Enzyme treatment for biological odour sources (urine, vomit, blood)
  3. Deep extraction of the affected area or full carpet
  4. Professional deodoriser application – chemical neutralisation, not masking
  5. For mould: anti-fungal treatment plus advice on eliminating the underlying moisture source

What to Expect

Results depend on how deep the contamination has penetrated and how long the problem has existed. Fresh odour sources can usually be eliminated in a single treatment. Long-standing pet contamination (an animal that lived in the space for years) may require multiple treatments or, in extreme cases, replacement of the underlay beneath the carpet.

Pricing in Prague
