What's Included in End-of-Tenancy Cleaning?

This is a deep clean – not a regular tidy-up. We cover everything:

• Kitchen: descaling the sink, degreasing the hob and oven, cleaning extractor fan and filters
• Bathroom and toilet: limescale removal, grout cleaning, full disinfection
• Floors: washing, waxing, or carpet cleaning depending on the surface
• Windows, sills, and blinds: inside and outside (ground and low floors)
• Cupboards and drawers: inside and out
• Walls and ceilings: cobwebs, dust, marks
• Balcony or terrace if applicable
• Rubbish removal if the tenant left belongings behind (additional charge)

Cleaning Certificate

We can issue a written cleaning certificate upon request. This is useful when handing over keys to a new tenant or when managing deposit disputes with the outgoing one.

• Studio or 1-bed (up to 35 m²): from 2,500 CZK
• 2-bed (35–65 m²): from 3,500 CZK
• 3-bed or larger (65+ m²): from 4,500 CZK

If the apartment is in particularly poor condition or requires specialist cleaning (carpets, upholstery), we'll let you know upfront before starting anything.
