Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the relationship between BeeClean KUBRAK GROUP s.r.o., ID: 17310610, registered at Vrchlického 27, 150 00 Praha 5, Czech Republic ("Provider") and the customer ("Client") regarding cleaning, dry cleaning, moving, and other services.

2. Contract Formation

2.1 A service contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Provider. Orders can be placed via the website, by phone, or through electronic communication.

2.2 The Client is obliged to provide correct and complete contact details, service address, and any special requirements.

3. Prices and Payments

3.1 Service prices are governed by the current price list published on the Provider's website. The final price is calculated based on the scope of service, size of premises, and other factors.

3.2 Payment is possible in cash after service completion, by credit card online, or by bank transfer.

3.3 For regular services, the price is charged according to the agreed interval. Regularity discounts apply for the entire duration of the regular service.

4. Cancellation and Changes

4.1 The Client may cancel the order free of charge no later than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

4.2 For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, the Provider reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.

4.3 Schedule changes are possible no later than 12 hours in advance, by phone or through the customer portal.

5. Service Delivery

5.1 The Provider undertakes to provide services with professional care, using quality and safe cleaning products.

5.2 The Client is obliged to provide access to the premises at the agreed time. If access is not provided, it constitutes a missed visit and the Provider is entitled to charge a cancellation fee.

5.3 The Provider brings their own cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed.

6. Complaints

6.1 The Client has the right to complain about service quality no later than 24 hours after completion.

6.2 Complaints can be filed by phone, email, or through the customer portal.

6.3 In case of a justified complaint, the Provider will perform a free re-service at the nearest available time.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 The Provider is insured against damages caused during service provision. Insurance covers property damage caused by the Provider's employees.

7.2 The Client is obliged to immediately report any damage, no later than 48 hours after discovery.

7.3 The Provider is not liable for damages caused by normal wear and tear, unsuitable materials, or items the Client was warned about.

8. Data Protection

8.1 The Provider processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.

9. Final Provisions

9.1 These T&C become effective on the date of their publication on the Provider's website.

9.2 The Provider reserves the right to amend these T&C unilaterally. The Client will be informed of changes via the website or email.

9.3 Legal relationships not expressly regulated by these T&C are governed by the relevant provisions of Czech Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code.
