How Ozone Disinfection Works

Industrial ozone generators produce O₃ that spreads throughout the entire space and reaches areas that conventional cleaning simply cannot – behind furniture, inside ventilation ducts, deep into fabrics and upholstery. The ozone reacts with organic molecules, breaking them apart. After the treatment period (typically 2–4 hours), we ventilate the space, the ozone reverts to oxygen, and the premises are safe to use again.

What the Process Looks Like

Before ozonation, the space must be completely empty – no people, pets or plants. Our technician places the industrial ozone generator, sets the treatment duration and seals the space. After the ozonation cycle, we ventilate thoroughly and the space is ready to use within 1–2 hours. The entire process typically takes 3–5 hours from start to finish.

Pricing depends on the size of the space. As a rough guide: studio apartment from 800 CZK, 2-room apartment from 1,100 CZK, larger apartments and offices from 1,500 CZK, car from 600 CZK. We always confirm the exact price before starting work.

Ozone at high concentrations is harmful to health – which is why we carry out ozonation exclusively in unoccupied spaces. Our technicians wear appropriate protective equipment and follow strict safety protocols. Once the space has been ventilated, it is completely safe for people, pets and plants.

Can I stay in the flat during ozonation? No. The space must be empty throughout the treatment – no people, animals or plants.
